Members that join BodyFlex can help when we have health fairs, help before and after class with the set up and clean up of the Special Events Center, and participate as BodyFlex exercisers during Family and Friends Day.

The BodyFlex Health and Wellness Ministry is designed to offer a comprehensive
exercise program with competent instructors that teach aerobics, weight training,
flexibility, stretching and relaxation on Monday and Thursday nights from:
6:00PM - 7:15PM in Room C-132 in the Greensboro location.
BodyFlex is also a teaching ministry that primarily focuses on educating the
Body of Christ on how to eat to live. This is done through annual health fairs,
quarterly health related discussions after class, and by the distribution of
health related informational materials.
Business & Career Development Ministry(BCDM)
Mission
To equip business owners and members of Love and Faith Christian Fellowship with the tools necessary to successfully conduct business with integrity (honesty and sincerity), in a manner that brings honor and glory to God, and to promote economic growth and development of businesses, consumers, and ultimately the Body of Christ.
Goals:
To equip and support business professionals (entrepreneurs, business owners, government and private sector employees) to carry forth the Great Commission through our conduct in the marketplace.
To assist Christian-based businesses to achieve growth and success in the marketplace.
To utilize the resources within the body to educate, instruct, and support members in their professional and personal business dealings.

A Message from the Deaf Ministry ...
At Love and Faith, the Word of God is taught in such a way that people leave changed and with a clearer understanding of God's Word. With a desire to develop mature people of God to work in God's Kingdom, the Deaf Ministry realizes that God uses every part of who we are to bless others. The beauty of sign language to communicate to those that cannot hear, is for " ALL " people to understand the great love God has for them.

A Message from the Financial Freedom Ministry ...
Are your finances running your life? Do you feel as if you are being buried by your financial burden? Well, it's time to take control of your finances! Learn to escape financial bondage and become a better steward of your income and resources. Our desire and vision through Christ is to equip the body of Christ to become totally debt free, through godly stewardship principles. Being a part of the church infrastructure, where none should suffer lack, our goal is to help establish an inheritance for this generation and the next.

This request may take 3 to 4 weeks to be reviewed.

You will be required to attend the Financial Freedom Class(es) in

A Message from the Funeral & Bereavement Ministry ...
During the time of grieving the loss of a loved one, members that are grieving need to feel God's love. At the time of death of a loved one, with so many things to do, the day-to-day responsibilities can become lower priority. Added to this, feeding extra family members and friends, one can find themself in a desperate situation.
Our ministry helps alleviate some of the pressure felt by grieving members by providing food and ensures that no member of our church community grieves alone.

A Message from the Health Awareness and Education Ministry
To minister to the physical needs of the people of God through health awareness and disease prevention by developing and implementing health awareness information and materials which would specifically target each age group with age appropriate medical, nutritional and physical activity information promoting a healthy lifestyle.

To increase awareness of disease states common to our community and to promote healthy lifestyle choices.

To focus on disease prevention and health awareness by emphasizing the need for adequate and proper nutrition, diet and exercise.

A Message from the Marquee Ministry...
Those desiring to participate in the Marquee Ministry will not have a visible role but will play a vital part in the overall ministry at Love and Faith. As people arrive on the grounds the marquee is the first thing that they will see. The message on the marquee must reflect not only the essence of Love and Faith but inspire individuals to live a life full of Love, Faith, and Christian Fellowship.
Duties/Responsibilities
Participants assigned to the Marquee Ministry are responsible for posting the message on the marquee located at the front entrance of the church parking lot. This message is posted bi-weekly and should be approved by the ministry leader prior to posting.
The materials or letters for the marquee are located in the mailroom. It is recommended that you sort out the number of letters needed to avoid carrying the entire box to the marquee. All participants are asked to be prayerful and led by the Holy Spirit before placing a message on the marquee.

A Message from the Ministry Of Encouragement ...
As members of Love & Faith Christian Fellowship, we believe in helping all of our members, young and old. We have regular activities planned to encourage and help others.

We coordinate the Back To School Fill the Pews drive. These school supplies are prayed over and distributed to our students in grades K-12.
-
We have teams of members that visit area nursing homes monthly. We pray and fellowship with residents. We also provide them with seasoned gifts.
A group visits Carolina Commons every 2nd Saturday of the month at 2:00pm
A group visits St Gales Manor every 3rd Sunday of the month at 3:00pm.
We meet every 2nd Sunday after the 9:30am service.
We pray for our church and strive to make sure that we "make Jesus Christ Clear and Visible to the World" and that we all feel loved.
New Members' Ministry
Vision
To familiarize New Members with the knowledge of resources
available at Love & Faith.
Mission
To effectively provide support to New Members through exemplifying the love and faith of God by acting as a liaison between the New Members and the church.
The new members' ministry gladly accepts all members to work with us. Any spiritual gifts can be utilized in this ministry (i.e., service, administration, helps, prayer, hospitality, knowledge, exhortation).

We feel very privileged to have you join our church family. Our fellowship is
always enriched by persons who join us to praise and serve God. Ephesians 4:12-13
says, "…to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ
may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of
the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness
of Christ." As one of the most dynamic and exciting teaching churches in the
community, we invite you to take part in the full range of activities and
ministries at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church.
Here's how to get started...
First Things First - New Member's Orientation Class
Orientation sessions are held once a month on Saturdays. A required entry point, this one-session class provides a tremendous overview of the church – our mission, beliefs, identification of your God given gifts and talents, and ministries. We encourage every new member to attend, meet some great people and learn more about your new church home.
What We Believe and Teach
Not only do we want you know what we believe, but how we function as a family. Jesus Christ IS Lord at Love and Faith and we desire for you to understand the basics of our faith, Christian heritage, and the power and joy of hearing God's word.
Your Spiritual Gifts and Service
At the New Members' class, a spiritual gifts inventory is provided that will help identify your God-given gifts. By taking an inventory of the gifts you possess, it helps you to function well and in unity as we live and serve together.
You Can Participate in the Vision
Regardless of how long you have shared services with us, identifying and taking
your next step will be the beginning of greater participation and a closer walk
with God. Join us as we follow God's vision for His church.

A Message from the Transportation Ministry ...
Dealing with practical, real life challenges based on sound biblical principles! In promoting an atmosphere where young adults can explore their relationship with God, serve God with their gifts and talents and connect with one another, you are invited to join us every Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:30PM at the Maggie Smith Center at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church to learn, to laugh and to experience and develop a deeper relationship with the Lord. Open to all local and surrounding college students and young singles ages 18-23. A Free Meal will be served.
Transportation is available to all college students and young singles for either Wednesday Night or Sunday Morning Services. Please contact Jerrold or Lisa Garrett at 632-0205, 24 hours prior to service if you need assistance.

Making Jesus Christ clear and visible is very important to us at Love and Faith. Also, as ushers, we consider ourselves direct extensions of Jesus, as well as our Pastor; that is why it is so important to us that you feel warm and welcomed. We strive to provide an atmosphere that is safe and one that is conducive for the presence of the Holy Spirit.
