Body Flex Health and Wellness Ministry Vision To equip men, women, and children of God with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively get their bodies to a state of health and wellness, to allow them to teach others so that God can be glorified. Mission To effectively develop a wellness program: that will teach the importance of exercise and diet, show how to acheive a level of fitness for you as an individual, show how to incorporate that level of fitness into a health and wellness lifestyle. Ministry Leader Diane Coad Spiritual Scripture Romans 12:1, 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, and 1 Corinthians 10:31 How Love & Faith members with certain spiritual gifts utilize their gifts in our ministry... Members that join BodyFlex can help when we have health fairs, help before and after class with the set up and clean up of the Special Events Center, and participate as BodyFlex exercisers during Family and Friends Day. Ministry activities ... The BodyFlex Health and Wellness Ministry is designed to offer a comprehensive exercise program with competent instructors that teach aerobics, weight training, flexibility, stretching and relaxation on Monday and Thursday nights from: 5:30PM - 7:00PM at the Special Events Center at 3527 Rehobeth Church Road. BodyFlex is also a teaching ministry that primarily focuses on educating the Body of Christ on how to eat to live. This is done through annual health fairs, quarterly health related discussions after class, and by the distribution of health related informational materials.

Business Leaders Ministry Mission To take the message of Jesus Christ into the world to help people seek His Kingdom. As God enables us, we will help to spread the Gospel's message which is a gospel that can transform peoples lives. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 Our Father desires that none should perish and that all become part of His Kingdom. He tells us that after we become his disciples, we are to go out into the world and make more disciples. For the sake of the gospel and because of our great love for the Lord, we are committed to telling the world of Gods great grace and mercy and win souls for His Kingdom.

Deaf Ministry Mission To interpret the message of God's love and forgiveness with accuracy, simplicity and understanding. By bridging the gap between the deaf and hearing and teaching both that God uses whom he pleases to fulfill His will and to help all reach their full potential in the Body of Christ. At Love and Faith, the Word of God is taught in such a way that people leave changed and with a clearer understanding of God's Word. With a desire is to develop mature people of God to work in the God's Kingdom, the Deaf Ministry realizes that God uses every part of who we are to bless others. The beauty of sign language to communicate to those that cannot hear, is for " ALL " people to understand the great love God has for them.

Decorating & Special Events Ministry Mission To oversee and plan seasonal decorations for the church sanctuary and vestibule, as well as providing themed decorations for major events throughout the year. Financial Freedom Ministry Mission To help members of Love & Faith Christian Fellowship with budgeting, economic planning, and financial strategies through godly stewardship. Are your finances running your life? Do you feel as if you are being buried by your financial burden? Well, it's time to take control of your finances! Learn to escape financial bondage and become a better steward of your income and resources. Our desires and vision through Christ, is to equip the body of Christ to become totally debt free, through godly stewardship principles. Being a a part of the church infrastructure, where none should suffer lack, our goal is to help establish an inheritance for this generation and the next. Qualifications ... For members to receive financial assistance: You must be a consistent tither to receive assistance. You can only receive financial assistance once a year. This request may take 3 to 4 weeks to be reviewed. You will be required to attend the Financial Freedom Class(es) in order to be considered for receiving assistance. In the event you do not attend the Financial Freedom Class(es), you will void all chances of receiving assistance in the future.

Funeral & Bereavement Ministry Mission To provide comfort, support and help members deal with the pain of loss and grief of a significant person in their lives. During the time of grieving the loss of a loved one, members that are grieving need to feel God's love. At the time of death of a loved one, with so many things to do, the day-to-day responsibilities can become lower priority. Added to this, feeding extra family members and friends, one can find them self in a desperate situation. Our ministry helps alleviate some of the pressure felt by grieving members by providing food and ensures that no member of our church community grieves alone.

Greeters Ministry Mission To produce a gentle, loving and caring environment where people of all nations are welcome and can unite to worship and serve Jesus Christ. Hospitality Ministry Vision The Hospitality ministry is here to enhance what God is already doing in this house; to fulfill the vision that God has given to Pastor Michael Thomas for Love & Faith. Mission To stand ready to serve as needed, in any capacity with the love and dedication God has placed within us. In serving, may God be glorified and the poeple be edified We strive for excellence through serving others, with a smile and a willing heart. As members of Love & Faith Christian Fellowship, we believe in helping all of our members, young and old. We have regular activities planned to encourage and help others. We coordinate the Back To School Fill the Pews drive. These school supplies are prayed over and distributed to our students in grades K-12. We have teams of members that visit area nursing homes monthly. We pray and fellowship with residents. We also provide them with seasoned gifts. A group visits Carolina Commons every 2nd Saturdau of the month at 2:00 p.m. A group visits St Gales Manor every 3rd Sunday of the month at 3:00 p.m. We meet every 2nd Sunday after the 9:30 a.m. service. We pray for our church and strive to make sure that we "make Jesus Christ Clear and Visible to the World" and that we all feel loves

New Members Ministry Vision To familiarize New Members with the knowledge of resources aviaible at Love & Faith. Mission To effectively provide support to New Members through exemplifying the love and faith of God by acting as a liaison between the New Members and the church. The new members' ministry galdly accepts all members to work with us. Any spiritual gifts can be utilized in this ministry i.e. service, administration, helps, prayer, hospitality, knowledge, exhortation. Here's how to get started... First Things First - New Member's Orientation Class Orientation sessions are held once a month and meets on Saturday's. A required entry point, this one-session class provides a tremendous overview of the church – our mission, beliefs, identification of your God given gifts and talents, and ministries. We encourage every new member to attend, meet some great people and learn more about your new church home. What We Believe and Teach Not only do we want you know what we believe, but how we function as a family. Jesus Christ IS Lord at Love and Faith and we desire for you to understand the basics of our faith, Christian heritage and the power and joy of hearing God's word. Your Spiritual Gifts and Service At the New Member's class, a spiritual gifts inventory is provided that will help identify your God given given gifts. By taking an inventory of the gifts you possess, it helps you to function well and in unity as we live and serve together. You Can Participate in the Vision Regardless of how long you have shared services with us, identifying and taking your next step will be the beginning of greater participation and a closer walk with God. Join us as we follow God's vision for His church.

Transportation Ministry Mission To encourage young adults to set priorities and goals, use wisdom and seek God's will for their lives. Proverbs 3:5-6 A Message from the Transportation Ministry ... Dealing with practical, real life challenges based on sound biblical principles! In promoting an atmosphere where young adults can explore their relationship with God, serve God with their gifts and talents and connect with one another, you are invited to join us every Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:30PM at the Maggie Smith Center at Love and Faith Christian Fellowship Church to learn, to laugh and to experience and develop a deeper relationship with the Lord. Open to all local and surrounding college students and young singles ages 18-23. A Free Meal will be served. Transportation is available to all college students and young singles for either Wednesday Night or Sunday Morning Services. Usher's Ministry Mission To Motivate and Inspire men, "young and old" who are filled with the Spirit of God, and to develop their spiritual gifts of service and leadership to further the Kingdom of God. Most importantly, to make the Love of Jesus Christ clear and visible.
