BI 101 Spiritual Fundamentals
Text: Foundations for
Christian Living – Provides a practical understanding
of the fundamental principles of Christian living. It is word-based and Jesus-centered.

BI 102 Prayer and Fasting
Text: Prayer Power- The student is provided with the understanding of the
practical importance of prayer and fasting in the Christian life and lists
practical experiences to build faith.

BI 103 Gifts of the Holy Spirit
Text: Mastering Spiritual
Gifts – This course will help the student
to discover what their spiritual gifts are in order to understand what God’s
will is for their lives, and how the Holy Spirit works through them.

BI 104 New Testament Ministry
Text: Mastering New Testament
Ministry – This course takes a comprehensive
look at the concept of plural team ministry, and the understanding of the
ascension gifts, Christ gave to the Church; helping to identify God’s
calling on your life.

BI 110 Old Testament Survey
Text: Journey Through
the Old Testament – This course gives a systematic
study of the major teachings of the Old Testament by outlining the principle
themes of Scripture, and providing a basic introduction for subsequent in-depth
studies of the specific themes.

the New Testament – This course gives a systematic
study of the major teachings of the New Testament by outlining the principle
themes of Scripture and providing a basic introduction for the subsequent
in-depth studies of specific themes.

BI 202 The Books of Acts
Text: The Church Triumphant – This
course analyzes the miracles in Acts and the development of the first century
Church.

BI 302 Beatitudes
Text: Kingdom Principles- This course studies the basic principles of Christian
living as taught by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount.

BI 403 Bible Prophecy
Text: Major and Minor
Prophets – A foundational course dealing with
the fundamentals of Scriptural prophecy and interpretation. Emphasis will
be placed on the fulfillment of prophesy as it relates to Israel and the
Messiah. |

Text: Life of Christ – A
foundational course emphasizing the importance of the following Christ example.

Text: Ephesians – This
course studies the major themes of the book of Ephesians with and emphasis
on the historical context and setting of the
letter.

CC 211 Biblical Counseling
Text: Biblical Counseling – This
course introduces the Bible as the most important tool in Christian Counseling. |
CC 212 Deliverance Ministry and Counseling
Text: Deliverance Ministry
and Counseling- This course outlines God’s
overall plan for healing and restoration. It is bases on the 12 step model
of Alcoholics Anonymous. It also explores the healing of generational dysfunction.

Text: Marriage & Family
Life- This course examines marriage and family from a sociological and counseling
perspective.

CC 301 Introduction to Christian Counseling
Text: On Belay: An Introduction to Christian Counseling- This course assists
the student in discovering the basic concepts of Christian counseling and
to increase their skills and competence in counseling situations.

CC 400 Human Development
Text: Human Development- Second only to the study of God is the study of
human behavior. The search for who we are as humans and how we are unique
is a fascination of mankind from the beginning to time.

CC 401 Crisis Counseling
Text: Grief Relief/Crisis
Counseling – This course teaches the basic
knowledge and counseling skills needed for crisis intervention at both a
theoretical practical level.

CC 403 Pillars of God Men (or Pillars of Godly
Women)
Text: Foundational Pillars for Establishing Godly Men - This course discusses
what is a Godly man, and the practical challenges for Christian men in the
twenty-first century.

PT 150 God’s Authority In The Believer

Church, but believers must learn to use their authority.

in this course.

Leaders for Ministry – The course give practical
advice in areas such as church discipline, counseling, spiritual burnout
finances and much more. It will put you on a trail to a pursuit of character,
integrity and spiritual authority.

PT 302 Apologetics
Text: Strong Reason – Apologetics
is a study of the defenses of Christian faith against counter-claims to the
truth.

PT 320 Hermeneutics
Text: Creative Bible Study
Methods – A method is an organized way accomplish
something. It is an orderly plan. Hermeneutics is an organized plan to study
God’s written word. This course teaches you how to study God’s
Word for yourself.

PT 107 Christian Ethics
Text: Ministerial Ethics and Etiquette, Becoming a Person of Integrity- This
course emphasizes the importance of integrity and character in the life
of a minister. A critical analysis will be made of the methodology used
in apologetics.

PT 314 Introduction to Missions
Text: Vision for the City – This course gives both pastors and missionaries
an increased understanding of urban missions in today’s world. This
study includes theological, historical and cultural perspectives and relates
these to questions of the missionary call.

PT 404 Cults and the Occult
Text: Overcoming the Darkness – This
course presents solid biblical answers to cults and occult. Both are examined
and disarmed by Biblical truth. |
PT 405 Church History
Text: New Testament Church History- This course studies church history from
the New Testament through the 20th century.
|
PT 401 World Missions
Text: My Brother’s Keeper – This
course provides a basic introduction to cross-cultural missions and the role
of the church in missionary endeavors.

ACADEMIC POLICES
Application for graduation
All students expected to graduate must complete out a form by the end of
January of the year intended to graduate. The list is reviewed by the
registrar and advisor to make the students has completed all course work.
|
Correspondence Study
The student
is responsible working at his/her own pace. Each student is responsible
for turning in their work according to the facilitator’s
syllabus. The courses must be completed in the semester in which it is
offered. All work must be turned in one week before the final exam, in
order to take the final exam. If your work is not turned in one week before,
you will be dropped a letter grade. You are expected to touch bases with
your facilitator throughout the semester via email or telephone or Bible
Coll
|

In Class Study
The student is expected to attend class regularly and turn in all assigned
homework on time. You have three excused absences, beyond that you must
get approval from the Dean for extreme emergencies only.
|
Dismissal Criteria
1. If you have more than three unexcused absences from the class you will
be dropped or withdrawn from the class; and will have to re-take the class.
2. If all homework is not turned in before the final exam, you will drop
a letter grade. But if the work in not turned in two weeks after final exam
it will result in a failing grade.
3. If you miss the final exam, you will be given a make-up day and time,
failure to make the date scheduled will result in a failing grade.

Withdrawal from class
A student enrolled in a class has the privilege to withdraw from it after
(3) three weeks. In order to have the (w) removed the student must re-take
the class whenever it is offered. If you need to withdraw please see you
Academic Advisor or Registrar.
|
Grading System
At the close of each semester each facilitator reports to the registrar the
grades of each student. The grades are permanent. Grade with the corresponding
numerical value and quality pints are awarded as follows: Grade Quality Points

grade “NG” (no grade) may be assigned to courses continuing
beyond a semester.
If you do not successfully pass the class you may retake it, and the higher
grade will be used.

Regular Sessions
The academic year includes two semesters of fifteen (15) weeks.
|

Summer Session
The rules and policies regarding summer session are the same as the regular
session except for the semester is shortened to ten (10) weeks.
