Application for graduation

All students expected to graduate must complete out a form by the end of January of the year intended to graduate. The list is reviewed by the registrar and advisor to make the students has completed all course work.

Correspondence Study

The student is responsible working at his/her own pace. Each student is responsible for turning in their work according to the facilitator’s syllabus. The courses must be completed in the semester in which it is offered. All work must be turned in one week before the final exam, in order to take the final exam. If your work is not turned in one week before, you will be dropped a letter grade. You are expected to touch bases with your facilitator throughout the semester via email or telephone or Bible Coll



In Class Study
The student is expected to attend class regularly and turn in all assigned homework on time. You have three excused absences, beyond that you must get approval from the Dean for extreme emergencies only.


Dismissal Criteria
1. If you have more than three unexcused absences from the class you will be dropped or withdrawn from the class; and will have to re-take the class.
2. If all homework is not turned in before the final exam, you will drop a letter grade. But if the work in not turned in two weeks after final exam it will result in a failing grade.
3. If you miss the final exam, you will be given a make-up day and time, failure to make the date scheduled will result in a failing grade.



Withdrawal from class
A student enrolled in a class has the privilege to withdraw from it after (3) three weeks. In order to have the (w) removed the student must re-take the class whenever it is offered. If you need to withdraw please see you Academic Advisor or Registrar.





Grading System
At the close of each semester each facilitator reports to the registrar the grades of each student. The grades are permanent. Grade with the corresponding numerical value and quality pints are awarded as follows: Grade Quality Points Numerical Value

A 4.0 96-100
A- 3.7 90-95
B+ 3.3 87-89
B 3.0 83-86
B- 2.7 80-82
C+ 2.3 77-79
C- 2.0 73-76
C 1.7 70-72
D+ 1.3 67-69
D 1.0 63-66
F 0.0 60-62

The grade “NG” (no grade) may be assigned to courses continuing beyond a semester.

If you do not successfully pass the class you may retake it, and the higher grade will be used.

Regular Sessions
The academic year includes two semesters of fifteen (15) weeks.
Summer Session
The rules and policies regarding summer session are the same as the regular session except for the semester is shortened to ten (10) weeks.
